Account actions use Supabase authentication, with account emails delivered through Resend. Sandbox checkout sends test purchase details to Stripe. Existing Paddle test orders remain accessible. No real payments are accepted.

The planned service uses Supabase for accounts, Stripe for checkout and a licensing provider for activations. Provider details, retention periods, contact information and customer rights must be reviewed and published before launch.

Newsletter signup is optional and requires email confirmation. We store your email, consent source and confirmation dates, and add confirmed subscribers to our Timlect newsletter segment in Resend. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option. Account and password-reset emails are separate from marketing consent.

Account and device activity

When you use your account, we record the most recent browser type and approximate city and country derived locally from the connection IP address. We do not request browser location permission or store precise coordinates. VPNs and private networks can make this estimate unavailable or inaccurate. Authorized support staff can view this information alongside your orders and licenses. Desktop connection information appears only when the application reports it.
